The Duke and Duchess of Sussex joined the monarch for star-studded Young Leaders reception at Buckingham Palace. This was Meghan’s second joint engagement with The Queen. But, this time Harry was also there.
It took the Duchess of Cambridge ten months after her marriage to Prince William to attend a similar event. But Meghan did it within a month.
Meghan showed her new curls as she joined Prince Harry and the Queen at a star-studded event at Buckingham Palace. Her new do, unveiled at the Young Leaders awards bash in the palace ballroom, is already drawing comparisons to her sister-in-law Kate Middleton.
Guests at the event, held in the palace’s opulent ballroom, included model Neelam Gill, boxer Nicola Adams, YouTuber Caspar Lee, presenters Ore Oduba and Tina Daheley, and chairman of the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust, former Prime Minister Sir John Major.
David Beckham was just one of the A-listers at the event at Buckingham Palace.
Meghan wore a thin belted waist, a peplum-effect bodice and an asymmetrical skirt, by Givenchy. She paired her outfit with a clutch and black heels.

The royals met with wild cheering and applause from hundreds of flag-waving schoolchildren as Meghan took to her new role effortlessly.
The close bond between the monarch and Meghan became apparent when the pair sat down at a ceremony to open the new Mersey Gateway Bridge in Chester on June 14.
Body language expert Judi James, an industry leader in communication, told how the Queen appeared ‘completely confident’ in Meghan’s ability.
She said: ‘’The Queen is quite stoic, she didn’t make a fuss of Meghan, which can make someone feel anxious. She is clearly completely confident about Meghan’s level of confidence.’’
